We always work with information you submitted to us confidentially and impartially as declared in our statements, due to the current laws, regulations and principles concerning private and commercial data.

Any information (data) submitted through official web-site or by other means of communication and related to the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!” (hereinafter “the Contest”) shall be considered confidential, except for that supplemented with your explicit permission to use freely.

We do not collect any private information about you or confidential data concerning your Innovative project (idea) (hereinafter “the Entry”) while you are browsing our web-site. The only private information about you and confidential data about your Entry we obtain is that you voluntarily provide through appropriate contest forms.

We apply admissible physical, administrative and technical means of protection to your private data and confidential information about your Entry to avoid any loss, illegal use or access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We also restrict access to your private data of our staff members who need it for performing their duties.

We do not have the right to use your private data and confidential information concerning your Entry except for the purposes it was obtained.

We do not sell any mailing lists to any third parties for the purpose of sending their advertisements (spam). We may aggregate the data into generalized statistic for the purpose of conducting analyses, but those shall not contain any personally identifiable information.

We may disclose your private data or confidential information about your Entry to third parties when we believe that such disclosure is necessary to avoid violation of law, and also to institute, maintain or defend against a claim.

Only the personnel of the Organizer of the Contest (the Organizing Committee), members of the Corporate Council, and the staff administrating the official website of the Contest shall have access of different level to your private data and confidential information about your Entry. The members of the Expert Council shall have access to the information concerning your Entry but not to your private data except for the cases if such data is not directly indicated in the Description of the Innovative Project (Idea).

Every of the named persons having access to your private and/or confidential information irrespective of the access level shall be obliged to maintain the confidentiality of such information and be liable for any disclosure according to the law.

Should we need any additional information about you or your Entry for its comprehensive analysis and consideration, beside that you have already submitted we will send you an official request; in case of your consent to provide us with such information it shall be handled exclusively within the terms stipulated and agreed with you.

As to the confidential information you submit we guarantee to observe all without exception requirements envisaged by law, apply reasonable means of technical security for storage and transmitting such information and restrict access to such information of any third parties.
